During our initial consultation we will discuss your janitorial needs and concerns. We will also assess your current cleaning program. That information, combined with your future goals will assist us in putting together a customized maintenance program for your review. As our client, we will ask you to help establish a stewardship team that includes building occupants, your staff and Grand Rapids Commercial Cleaning. The stewardship task force will then conduct a facility survey. This will identify the existing and potential environmental problems within the building that have been caused by, or can be corrected by janitorial activities. The survey will also serve as a baseline or measuring tool for management to monitor improvements in the areas of environment, health and safety.
